People are leaving again. Within less than 24 months, friends in my local church are leaving.
Somehow I really don't know what's is repelling them to move on...Is it due to people? Work? Maybe one could no longer "buy" the church's vision & statement? Or maybe due to the top level spearheading the local church?

Beats me.I don't really know... Maybe it's time we wake up from our preconceived ideas... So guys, please wake up!

Yes, I feel sad when my friends who serve alongside me leaves. Sometimes it make serving a bit harder... but please don't judge me or give me your 2 cents worth of advice. I don't need it. Keep it for yourself- you need it more.

Friend(you know who you are) is leaving to NZ tommorrow. Sad? Yes, I am and yes we are. Together with Sharon, we had the privillege to get to know her better, deeper after an episode in her life.

Friend, we had seen how much you had grown... Initially, it was more like a ministry leader to a member relationship... But friend, thanks for giving us the honour, the trust and allowing us to play a part in you. Thanks for being so comfortable with us. You've made us very proud of you. Yes, friend we are definitely very honoured to be your kor & jie.

Yes, we will missed those fun & happy time we had-being punked and punking others, those stayed-over nights...etc

Like the song sing, yes it's hard to let you go But we know & we know that in the Father's hand, HE has a plan far greater than this friendship that He has for you.

So friend, we know and we release you into greater heights as you soar.
